A creamy mushroom risotto containing champignon and cep mushrooms, seasoned and topped with grated vegan cheese.
This is both vegan and gluten free.
Delivered frozen in individual portions that are simple to cook and serve.
Sold in packs of 2 or 4

Cooking Instructions – From Frozen – Remove from outer packaging. Remove film wrap. Place product on a baking tray in the middle of a pre-heated fan assisted oven at 190°C/Gas mark 5 for approximately 25-30 minutes. For fan assisted ovens adjust times accordingly. Allow to stand for 2 minute(s).

Ingredients: Water, Mushroom (17%), Rice (14%), Sunflower Oil, Onion, Rice Flour, Modified Maize Starch, Parsley, Mushroom Extract, Yeast Extract, Salt, Dehydrated Mushroom, Stabiliser(Carrageenan, Tricalcium Phosphates, Carob Flour), White Pepper, Flavouring, Garlic, Black Pepper, Citrus Fibre, Preservative(Sorbic Acid), Colour(Beta-Carotene).
