Cooking Instructions –
From Frozen – Microwave on full power. Cook for approximately 2 ½ minutes. Pierce film pouch. Cook for a further 3 -3 ½ minutes.
Boil in the bag from frozen – Fully submerge in a pan of boiling water. Return to the boil and gently simmer for 30 minutes. Carefully remove pouch and shake gently before serving.
